What states do you serve?
We provide care and support to patients in all 50 U.S. states. Availability of specific services may vary by state based on provider licensure and applicable regulations, but our platform supports nationwide access to care.
Does using the website create a doctor‑patient relationship?
No. A doctor‑patient relationship is established only after you complete intake, are reviewed by a licensed provider, and participate in a live video consultation.
Is telehealth safe and private?
Yes. We use HIPAA‑secure technology with encryption and access controls. Your medical information is accessed only by authorized personnel involved in your care.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes! You may cancel at any time, with at least 30 days’ notice before your next billing cycle. See our Refund & Auto‑Bill Policy for details.
Can I use my HSA/FSA account for payment?
Yes! Most patients can use their HSA/FSA funds to cover 100% of qualified medical services with us including labs, doctor visits, and prescription medications. Please check your plan’s guidelines and terms, for more details.
What is FSA/HSA?
Both FSA (Flexible Savings Accounts) and HSA (Health Savings Accounts) allow you to set aside pre-taxed dollars from your paycheck to use for eligible medical expenses. You could save an average of 30 percent based on State and/or Federal tax rates!
Does The Hormone Experts accept insurance?
We do not accept insurance at this time. However, we keep our pricing affordable to ensure our specialized care remains accessible. We do accept most HSA and FSA options.

MEN’S HEALTH & TRT
What is testosterone replacement therapy (TRT)?
TRT is a medical treatment used to address clinically low testosterone levels when confirmed by lab testing and symptoms. Therapy is prescribed and monitored by licensed providers.
How do you determine if I qualify for TRT?
Qualification is based on a comprehensive evaluation that includes symptoms, medical history, and laboratory results. Not everyone with symptoms is a candidate.
How long does it take to notice changes?
Some patients report improvements within weeks, while others require several months. Individual responses vary.
Are there risks or side effects?
As with any medical therapy, risks exist. Potential side effects and monitoring requirements are reviewed during your consultation. Ongoing lab testing is required for safety.
How is The Hormone Experts different from other hormone clinics?
At Hormone Experts, we understand that not every patient is the same. Unlike the nationwide corporate companies, we listen and develop real working relationships with our patients. We also limit the number of patients we accept. This, in combination with a detailed analysis of your blood work and symptoms, allows us to create specific protocols tailored exactly for your body.
SEXUAL HEALTH
What causes erectile dysfunction or low libido?
Sexual health concerns can be influenced by hormones, blood flow, metabolic health, medications, stress, and mental well‑being. Our providers assess these factors before recommending treatment.
Do you only prescribe ED medications?
No. Treatment may include hormone optimization, FDA‑approved medications, or other evidence‑based therapies depending on the underlying cause.
Is my care confidential?
Yes. All sexual health services are delivered discreetly through our HIPAA‑secure platform.
Can sexual health issues be an early sign of other conditions?
Yes. Sexual changes can sometimes indicate cardiovascular, metabolic, or hormonal issues, which is why a medical evaluation is important.
MEDICAL WEIGHT LOSS & GLP‑1's
What are GLP‑1 medications?
GLP‑1 receptor agonists are medications that help regulate appetite, improve insulin sensitivity, and support weight loss when used under medical supervision.
Are GLP‑1 medications FDA‑approved?
Certain GLP‑1 medications are FDA‑approved for specific indications. Your provider will determine whether they are appropriate for you.
How much weight will I lose?
Weight loss varies. Our focus is safe, sustainable improvement—not rapid or guaranteed results.
Will I regain weight if I stop treatment?
Long‑term success depends on metabolic health, lifestyle habits, and follow‑up care. Providers work with you on maintenance strategies.
Do you monitor labs during weight‑loss treatment?
Yes. Lab monitoring may include metabolic markers, thyroid function, and other relevant parameters to ensure safety.
PEPTIDE THERAPY
Are peptides steroids?
No. Peptides are not anabolic steroids and work through different biological pathways.
Are peptides FDA‑approved?
Some peptides are used off‑label under medical supervision. Your provider will discuss risks and benefits.
Who should not use peptides?
Certain medical conditions or medications may make peptide therapy inappropriate. Eligibility is determined by a licensed provider.
