Hormone Experts Clinic (“Hormone Experts,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates on a membership-based medical care model designed to provide patients with continuous access to licensed healthcare providers and ongoing clinical support.
By enrolling in a membership plan through our website or patient portal, you acknowledge and agree to the billing, cancellation, and refund terms described below.
1. Membership Billing & Automatic Renewal
Hormone Experts Clinic operates on a recurring subscription membership structure.
Depending on the plan selected at enrollment, membership fees will be automatically billed on one of the following billing cycles:
• Every 30 days (monthly membership)
• Every 90 days (quarterly membership)
• Other multi-month membership options if offered
By enrolling in a membership plan, you authorize Hormone Experts Clinic and its payment processor to automatically charge your selected payment method (credit card, debit card, HSA/FSA card, or other accepted payment method) on a recurring basis.
Membership billing will continue until the membership is properly canceled in accordance with this policy.
Failure of a payment method may result in temporary suspension of services until billing is successfully resolved.
2. Membership Cancellation
Patients may cancel their membership at any time.
To avoid renewal charges, cancellation requests must be submitted at least thirty (30) days prior to the next billing date.
Cancellation requests may be submitted through:
• The secure patient portal
• Email or written request to customer support
Once a cancellation request is processed:
• The membership will remain active until the end of the current billing period
• No additional recurring charges will be applied after the effective cancellation date
Membership cancellations do not retroactively terminate services already provided during the current billing period.
3. Refund Policy
Because Hormone Experts Clinic provides clinical services, telehealth consultations, medical evaluations, laboratory orders, and provider-prescribed treatments, refunds are generally not available once services have begun or clinical resources have been allocated.
Refunds will not be issued for the following:
• Medical consultations that have already occurred
• Provider time that has been scheduled or completed
• Laboratory tests that have been ordered, processed, or collected
• Medications that have been prescribed, dispensed, compounded, or shipped
• Clinical services already rendered
• Active membership periods already in progress
Membership fees are not prorated, and unused time within a billing cycle is not eligible for partial refunds.
All medication fulfillment and shipping are handled by licensed pharmacies and third-party providers, and those transactions are non-refundable once processing has begun.
4. Eligibility-Related Refunds (Limited Circumstances)
In limited situations, a refund may be considered if:
• A patient completes payment but is determined by the provider to be medically ineligible for treatment prior to any services being rendered, and
• No clinical consultation has occurred, and
• No laboratory tests or prescriptions have been ordered.
Any such refund determinations are made at the sole discretion of Hormone Experts Clinic.
Processing fees or administrative costs may be deducted where permitted by law.
5. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
Patients are encouraged to contact Hormone Experts Clinic directly to resolve any billing questions or concerns.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team may result in:
• Suspension of membership benefits
• Temporary or permanent termination of services
• Collection actions where permitted by applicable law
Hormone Experts Clinic reserves the right to provide documentation of membership authorization, billing agreements, and services rendered in response to any payment dispute.
6. Payment Security
All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment systems that comply with industry security standards.
Hormone Experts Clinic does not store full payment card information on its public website.
7. Policy Updates
Hormone Experts Clinic may update this Refund & Auto-Billing Policy from time to time to reflect changes in services, regulatory requirements, or operational practices.
The most current version of this policy will always be posted on our website.
Continued use of our services after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
